Grants & Strategic Partnerships Lead

Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive GaiaVerse’s growth by securing the resources and relationships that power our research. You will lead efforts to identify and win competitive grants, build lasting partnerships across sectors, and design a sustainable funding strategy that supports our cutting-edge work in AI, complex systems, and decision intelligence.

Your role will be pivotal in translating our vision into funded initiatives and collaborative opportunities that expand GaiaVerse’s global impact.

Responsibilities:

We are building at the intersection of cutting-edge research in AI/ML and complex systems analysis. To scale our R&D efforts, we pursue competitive grants and strategic partnerships across public, private, and philanthropic sectors. You will:

* Identify, track, and prioritize grant and funding opportunities that align with our mission

* Lead the development of proposals, coordinating closely with our research and engineering teams to articulate vision, methodology, and impact

* Build relationships with funders, research institutions, and partners to expand GaiaVerse’s network and long-term funding strategy

* Develop a repeatable grants pipeline, from opportunity scouting to submission to reporting

* Translate complex technical work into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from scientists to policymakers

Requirements:

* Proven track record in securing grants or contracts, from opportunity identification through award

* Strong ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle, balancing detail and technical rigor with clear, persuasive storytelling

* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage funders, partners, and collaborators

* Alignment with our B-Corp ethos of empowering global stewards to make impactful, informed decisions, with a focus on sustainability and social justice

* Comfortable working at a lean startup environment with the flexibility to wear multiple hats. We are looking for someone who can grow with us as we scale, and you will play a crucial role in our evolution.

* Familiarity with AI/ML R&D

* Familiarity with graph databases is a plus

Client Solutions Architect/Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for someone who can sell the value of our platform, helping clients understand how our AI-powered solutions can address their specific needs and drive sustainability-focused decision-making.

This role requires a strong technical foundation as well as marketing and sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and translate those into tailored presentations and demos that showcase how GaiaGraph can solve their problems.

  • Represent GaiaVerse in all client interactions, from pre-sales to post-sales, by clearly articulating the technical advantages and business impact of our platform.

  • Work alongside our product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure we are aligned in how we present GaiaVerse’s solutions to clients and the broader market.

  • Leverage your ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with clients, making complex AI and sustainability concepts accessible and persuasive.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise – a solid understanding of AI and decision intelligence.

  • A strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Extensive experience in pre-sales and client-facing roles where you have successfully sold complex products and services. You must be comfortable in high-pressure situations, knowing how to build relationships and win over clients.

  • Ability to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive presentations and proposals that align with GaiaVerse’s mission.

Lead Applied Mathematician

Overview:

We are looking for a visionary applied mathematician to shape the mathematical backbone of our system: to lead a team that defines the mathematical framework for GaiaGraph, optimizes our AI agents, and builds the foundation for an intelligent, causal AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the mathematical foundation for GaiaGraph and translate abstract models into agentic AI implementations.

  • Optimize GaiaGraph & AI Agents (Seeker & Weaver) by applying cutting-edge mathematical techniques for computational efficiency and scalability.

  • Bridge conceptual ideas to computation, ensuring that our decision intelligence system is both mathematically rigorous and computationally feasible.

  • Work alongside software engineers, guiding them in implementing mathematical models effectively into our knowledge graph and AI framework.

  • Lead and grow an applied mathematics team, shaping the future of mathematical modeling at GaiaVerse.

Requirements:

  • Physics-Informed Neural Networks

  • Neural Operators & Scientific Machine Learning

  • Topological Data Analysis

This is an opportunity to be a founding mind in this space.
